We provide 100% satisfaction guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will refund your
payment in full.  The art must be returned in perfect condition within 30 days from time of receiving.

Original art means one of a kind done to the best of our ability – we hope a masterpiece – you be the
judge.

Shipping:
We will ship within two days of receiving an order for existing original art.  On commission orders we
will evaluate at time of the order and give you a shipping date to your satisfactory at that time – we
would like to receive orders at least 30 days prior to time our client desires delivery.

Commission work:  We limit ourselves to 50 commission sketches per year

Procedure of action for commission work, such as home, business, pet, scene, and etc., please submit
photos with details.  We need close up of doors, windows, trim on buildings – need animal close up of
eyes and face.  We also need verification as to the colors involved such as siding, trim, roof – these can
vary from the colors in a photo.

Upon receiving photos for sketching we evaluate the feasibility of doing a satisfactory sketch from the
photos.  We will contact you to verify price and details before beginning the sketch. No obligation on
either party until a satisfactory agreement is reached.

Payment schedule: 50% with submitted photos (which will be returned if we feel we can not do you a
satisfactory job or you decline our final proposal).  The remainder 50% will be submitted upon you
receiving the finished sketch if you are satisfied and if you are not, you return the sketch and we will
refund your 50%.
