We need close up of doors, windows, trim on buildings – need animal close up of eyes and face. We also need verification as to the colors involved such as siding, trim, roof – these can vary from the colors in a photo. Upon receiving photos for sketching we evaluate the feasibility of doing a satisfactory sketch from the photos. We will contact you to verify price and details before beginning the sketch. No obligation on either party until a satisfactory agreement is reached. Payment schedule: 50% with submitted photos (which will be returned if we feel we can not do you a satisfactory job or you decline our final proposal). The remainder 50% will be submitted upon you receiving the finished sketch if you are satisfied and if you are not, you return the sketch and we will refund your 50%. |
